Despite countless beverage options on every store shelf, the idea behind Rocka Matcha was what we felt were limited viable options. Why are there so few options for just a low sugar, sensible and healthy drink? Too much sugar covers most products, high fructose sweeteners? No thank you. That diet drink aftertaste (eewww!) covers a bunch more, which tastes like grass and covers others in the all natural categories.
Countless hours in the kitchen full of sample flavoring bottles, cut fruit, juicers, purees, a myriad of different sweeteners, tea varieties, and other samples of ingredients I couldn’t even pronounce, and finally that Aha! moment, Rocka Matcha was born.
We are a small, start-up alternative organic beverage company. As the founders of Rocka Matcha, we may border on foodies and food conspiratorialists. Never satisfied and always thinking about that next tweak, that next recipe, the next sister (or brother) product to complement what we have started here.
