Matcha Fitness Load Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 TBSP Rocka Matcha
1/2 banana
1/4 cup mango
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 scoop high quality protein powder
1/4 cup ice
Choice of sweetener: agave, honey (optional)
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
