Matcha Fitness Load Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 TBSP Rocka Matcha

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/4 cup mango

  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt 

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter) 

  • 1 scoop high quality protein powder

  • 1/4 cup ice

  • Choice of sweetener: agave, honey (optional)

Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
